UNAS is a national test from year to year, always have. The government always take the test as a national policy and decisions. The government always holds the national exam as a tool to measure the success of the students in every level of education and as a standardized quality of national education in the eyes of the world. National exam is the main tool of evaluation study results and used as a selection tool to the next levels of education.
In science education in itself, assessment of learning in the modern view of the academy, that measure students' competence related to the quality problem, how the assessment, and completeness learning standard.
According to my view, the test model question of this national exam for me less qualified to determine standard competence and graduation of students. Because, ought question should be the quality as the skill test that should be answered by student, but not unecessary question that cant be answered by students.
Evaluation level graduation of the students can not be seen only at the end of time learning, which is only determine at the end of the 3 day study that determine the overall learning activity for 6 months or 3 years, the standard graduation students ought full make question and evaluate was a teacher and school. Because as teacher educator is that every day meet the students in the learning process, but not the party that never met with the students in the learning process.
I’am not mean that does not agree with the national exam. Government reserves the right perfrom Test the national, but held that the function UNAS government must be changed from the standard set out and not determine the
students pass or failed, but a tool for the quality of national education standard is good. And pass-not the students should be submitted in each school.
